近年来,血管扩张剂治疗充血性心力衰竭收到了良好的效果,我院1986年1～12月用消心痛、氨茶硷合用治疗肺心病心衰36例,现将结果报道如下: 临床资料 1.一般资料对56例肺心病心衰病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均符合全国第二、三次肺心病专业会议制定的诊断标准。治疗组:36例,男20例,女16例,年龄52～78岁,重度心衰9例,中度心衰27例。合并冠心病者4例,心律失常9例,酸碱平衡失调与电解质紊乱7例。
