“激励”在心理学中指激发人的工作动机和心理过程。如何使“激励”成为学校有效管理的法宝,最大限度地调动所有员工的积极性、创造性,使之以最大的热情投身于教育教学工作,笔者谈了五个方面的粗浅体会:一、要认识激励是学校管理的重要手段;二、要认识激励的前提条件;三、要使激励形成机制与教师的共识;四、要把精神激励放在第一位;五、要把物质激励作为杠杆。
“Incentive ” refers to motivation and psychological process in psychology. How to make “incentive ” to become a magic weapon for effective school management, to maximize the mobilization of all staff enthusiasm, creativity, so that the greatest enthusiasm devoted themselves to education and teaching work, the author talked about five aspects of the superficial experience: First, to Second, we must recognize the prerequisites for motivation; Third, we should encourage the formation of mechanisms and teacher consensus; Fourth, we must give top priority to spiritual motivation; Fifth, we must take material incentives as a lever .
