师生关系是影响教育教学的关键,平等的师生关系能使师生和睦相处,有助于营造学生愉悦、快乐的学习环境,有助于为学生的持久发展创造良好条件。和谐的师生关系是师生之间在心里上形成的稳定、持续、比较融洽和亲密的关系。我认为应从以下几个方面来建立:一、学会尊重,倾听、理解学生教育首先是尊重学生。人皆有自尊心和人格尊严,处在成长期的学生自尊心更是敏感与脆弱,更需要老师的细心呵护。正如列宁所说:“没有人的感情,就从来没有也 The relationship between teacher and student is the key to education and teaching.
