从大学班级心理健康委员的职责、角色定位及工作开展等进行分析,发现主要有无所事事型、工作冒失型、自身障碍型等数种角色定位不当类型,在工作开展中对于哪些能做哪些不能逾越的认识还有待清晰。对大学班级心理委员的条件、职责、选拔流程、培训、活动开展等方面进行探讨,以进一步澄清认知、统一思想,提出大学生班级心理健康委员应以发展性心理辅导、心理健康主题班会为主要形式和主要导向,组织心理活动,促进大学生心理健康教育工作的开展。
From the analysis of the duty, role orientation and work development of university class mental health committee members, we find that there are several types of improperly positioning such as idle type, aggressive type and self-contained type, which can not be overcome in the work development The understanding still needs to be clear. This paper discusses the conditions, responsibilities, selection process, training and activities of university class psychologists to further clarify cognition and unify thoughts. It is suggested that college students psychologically healthy class members should take the development of psychological counseling and mental health classes as the main Form and the main orientation, organizational psychological activities, to promote the mental health education of college students.
