随着对交流等离子体显示板(ACPDP)电压变化原因的探讨、新型表面保护材料的开发研究以及为除去污染而对制造工艺的调整,ACPDP正在获得极好的寿命特性。介质保护膜直接与放电气体相接触,其材料和表面状况是决定ACPDP寿命及放电特性的重要因素,因而保护膜材料的选择尤为重要。本文叙述了保护层材料应具备的特性及其选择标准,就ACPDP保护膜中所用的材料及其特性进行了分析总结。
With the discussion of the causes of voltage changes in AC plasma display panels (ACPDP), the development of novel surface protection materials, and the adjustment of manufacturing processes to remove contamination, ACPDP is achieving excellent lifetime characteristics. The dielectric protection film is in direct contact with the discharge gas, and its material and surface conditions are important factors in determining the life and discharge characteristics of the ACPDP. Therefore, the choice of protective film material is particularly important. This paper describes the protective layer material should have the characteristics and selection criteria, ACPDP protective film used in the material and its characteristics were analyzed and summarized.
