目的:观察冠心康颗粒剂对镉染毒大鼠镉蓄积及脏器钙、锌稳态变化的影响,分析中药对镉染毒大鼠的保护作用和可能机制。方法:镉染毒大鼠补锌及中药干预60天,处死后对心、肝和肾中镉、锌、钙含量进行测定;结果:与空白组比较,各染镉组大鼠心、肝、肾中镉浓度均明显升高(P<0.01),模型组伴钙含量升高和锌含量下降(P<0.01);补锌组及冠心康各组与模型组比较,心、肝、肾镉蓄积量明显减少(P<0.01),钙、锌含量变化亦有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:镉可在体内蓄积并引起钙、锌稳态失调,锌和冠心康颗粒剂可以减少镉蓄积,并拮抗镉对机体锌、钙稳态的干扰。
Objective: To observe the effect of Guanxinkang granules on cadmium accumulation and the steady state calcium and zinc homeostasis in cadmium-exposed rats, and to analyze the protective effect and possible mechanism of Chinese herbs on cadmium-exposed rats. Methods: The cadmium-exposed rats were treated with zinc and Chinese herbs for 60 days. The cadmium, zinc and calcium contents of heart, liver and kidney were measured after sacrificed. Results: Compared with the blank group, Kidney cadmium concentrations were significantly increased (P <0.01), the model group with increased calcium content and zinc content decreased (P <0.01); zinc supplementation group and Guanxinkang groups compared with the model group, heart, liver and kidney Cadmium accumulation decreased significantly (P <0.01), calcium and zinc content also significantly improved (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Cadmium accumulates in the body and causes steady-state imbalance of calcium and zinc. Zinc and Guanxinkang granules can reduce the accumulation of cadmium and antagonize the interference of cadmium on zinc and calcium homeostasis.
