河南省新乡市五·七干校和新乡师院生物系在河南省农科院协助下,杂交粳稻三系选育工作取得了较大进展,实现了三系配套。他们的主要经验是:1.常规育种和三系研究相结合,配合其它育种新方法(如单倍体育种、辐射育种和激光育种等)。他们把常规育种目标改为以选育提供作新恢复系和新保持系用的新品种为主,同时还提供生产上杂交水稻还未完全代替常规品种之前所需要的新常规品种。他们还十分重视常规育种定组合和杂交后代选育密切与三系选育相结合,特别是在常规育种选育提供作恢复
With the help of Henan Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the No. 57 Cadre School of Xinxiang City, Henan Province and the Department of Biology of Xinxiang Teachers College have made great progress in the breeding of three lines of Japonica hybrid rice and achieved the three-line matching.
