这个位于秦皇岛的项目作为一个高密度的海滨住宅社区,提出了一个大胆的城市居住新概念。该项目不仅将为来自多个相邻城市的人们营造他们的第二家园,同时也会成为秦皇岛本市许多家庭的永久的居所。该项目在设计上结合了大量的私人与公共的空中花园,力图打造出花园式的环境。从首层到30层的许多单元都朝向宽敞的屋顶平台,形成一系列堆叠式的屋顶空间。此外,在停车层上面和15层、30层的屋面上分别设有花园及泳池区。
This Qinhuangdao project, a high-density seaside residential community, presents a bold new concept of urban living. The project will not only create their second home for people from multiple neighboring cities, but will also become a permanent residence for many families in the city of Qinhuangdao. The project is designed to combine a large number of private and public sky gardens, trying to create a garden-like environment. Many units, from the ground floor to the 30th floor, face the spacious roof deck and form a series of stacked roof spaces. In addition, a garden and pool area are located above the parking lot and on the 15th and 30th floors respectively.
