本文采用随机开放式交叉试验法对高频振荡加压雾化治疗仪(HR)与气压式射流雾化治疗仪(FJ)吸入舒喘灵,对27例成人可逆性气道阻塞疗效进行比较。结果表明高频振荡加压雾化治疗是一种新型高效的雾化治疗,可显著改善已阻塞气道的通气功能,对中、重度阻塞的气道舒张作用较常用的射流雾化治疗更为明显,且起效更迅速。高频振荡加压雾化亦可能有帮助祛痰作用。
In this paper, a randomized open crossover test was used to compare the curative effect of 27 cases of adult reversible airway obstruction by inhalation of high-frequency oscillating pressurized atomizer (HR) and pneumatic jet atomizer (FJ). The results show that high-frequency oscillatory pressurized atomization therapy is a new and efficient atomization therapy, which can significantly improve the ventilation function of obstructed airway, more moderate and severe obstruction of airway diastolic function than the more common jet atomization treatment Obviously, and more rapidly. High-frequency oscillation pressure atomization may also help expectorant effect.
