“新常态”下,我国的整体经济发展速度从高速增长转为中高速增长,由未来期望的V型或者U型增长变成了L型增长,但文化创意产业却在当前情况下由中低速增长转为中高速增长。在过去相当长的时间内,我国文化产业靠印刷业、文具业的带动,获得了辉煌成就,我国被世界银行确定为文化产业产品输出大国。但实际上,文化工具和文化制造业的发展并不能代表文化产业发展的方向,我国的出版业和演出业等都还不能占据文化产业发展的高端。

Our publishing industry and performance industry can not yet occupy the high-end of the development of cultural industries.
