国际疾病分类编码是世界各国统一分类的标准,用国际疾病分类-10(ICD-10)进行疾病编码需要掌握疾病和编码的相关知识,否则容易发生编码的错误。编码时主要诊断选择不当;临床医师的诊断不完整:编码员对编码原则及疾病相关知识不熟悉等,都会造成疾病编码的错误。笔者通过对造成疾病编码错误原因的分析,找出不足,不断学习,加强与临床医师的沟通,提高疾病编码的准确性。
International Classification of Diseases is the standard for uniform classification in all countries in the world. To carry out disease coding with International Classification of Diseases-10 (ICD-10) requires knowledge of diseases and coding, otherwise it is prone to coding errors. The main diagnostic choice when coding inappropriate; Clinician’s diagnosis is incomplete: Coder coding principles and disease-related knowledge are not familiar with, etc., will result in disease coding error. The author through the analysis of the causes of the error caused by disease coding, identify deficiencies, continuous learning, to enhance communication with clinicians and improve the accuracy of disease coding.
