《国务院关于积极推进“互联网+”行动的指导意见》明确提出:鼓励学校利用数字教育资源及教育服务平台,逐步探索网络化教育新模式。高职院校主要培养技术型人才,但在学生的思想教育方面的工作还存在不足。高校要主动顺应时代的变化,建立“互联网+”背景下的思想政治教育长效机制,这不仅能有效提升学校教师教学的质量,还可以促进高职院校的教育体制制度化建设。
“The Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Actively Promoting” Internet + “Actions Clearly Propose: Schools should be encouraged to make use of digital educational resources and educational service platforms to gradually explore new modes of networked education. Vocational colleges mainly cultivate technical talents, but there are still some deficiencies in their ideological education. Colleges and universities should take the initiative to comply with the changes of the times and establish a long-term mechanism of ideological and political education under the background of ”Internet +". This not only can effectively improve the quality of school teachers’ teaching, but also promote the institutionalization of the educational system in higher vocational colleges.
