本文研究了黄腐酸钠对大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞和肾上腺皮质细胞分泌功能的影响。在细胞培养液中加入不同浓度的黄腐酸钠(1~100μg/L),共育3h后用放射免疫分析法测定培养液中雌二醇和皮质酮含量的变化。结果表明黄腐酸钠(10~100μg/L)可明显刺激大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞分泌雌二醇(P<0.01);对大鼠肾上腺皮质细胞分泌皮质酮的影响较复杂,只在4μg/L时有刺激分泌作用(P<0.05),低剂量(1μg/L)和高剂量(10~100μg/L)均无作用。
This article studies the effects of sodium fulvate on the secretion of granulosa cells and adrenocortical cells in rats. Different concentrations of sodium fulvate (1 ~ 100μg / L) were added to the cell culture medium, and the content of estradiol and corticosterone in the medium was determined by radioimmunoassay after a total of 3h incubation. The results showed that sodium fulvate (10 ~ 100μg / L) could significantly stimulate the secretion of estradiol in rat ovarian granulosa cells (P <0.01), and had a more complicated effect on the secretion of corticosterone in rat adrenocortical cells. Only 4μg (P <0.05), low dose (1μg / L) and high dose (10-100μg / L) had no effect.
