近年来,随着时代的发展,多元化的社会关系,信息爆炸的时代特征,形成各种思潮激荡,使职工的思想观念发生着根本转变,思想独立性、选择性、多变性、差异性明显增加。如何在新形势下做好当前职工思想政治工作,提高职工队伍整体素质,以适应新时期、新形势下工作的需要,这是摆在我们面前的全新课题。本文从天津市北大港水库管理处单位现状及其存在问题出发,分析新时期职工思想变化趋势及原因,并对解决问题的新思路新方法进行积极探索。
In recent years, along with the development of the times, diversified social relations and the characteristics of the era of information explosion, various forms of ideological turmoil have been formed, which have fundamentally changed the ideology and concepts of staff and workers. Their independence, selectivity, variety and distinctiveness are obvious increase. How to do a good job of ideological and political work of the current staff and workers in the new situation, and improve the overall quality of the workforce so as to meet the needs of work in the new era and in the new situation are the new topics before us. Based on the status quo and existing problems of Beidagang Reservoir Management Unit in Tianjin City, this paper analyzes the trends and causes of employee ideological changes in the new era and makes active exploration on new ways and means to solve the problems.
