How to further strengthen the construction of village party branches, especially the building of a clean and honest administration, Jinzhou People’s Procuratorate has investigated and analyzed the economic crimes of party members and cadres in rural areas through investigation of economic crime cases. There are several salient features that deserve our attention. First, the village party branch secretary, director of the village committee more prominent economic crimes. In the past two years, Jinzhou People’s Procuratorate has investigated 38 rural economic crimes committed by party members and cadres, 19 village party chiefs and village committees, accounting for 50% of the total.
