本文采用SEM、EMP、x-ray衍射等测试技术,对铬锆铜电极合金作了比较系统的研究,分析了该合金的微观组织与热处理温度、时间、气氛之间的关系,找出了铬锆铜电极合金产生表面细裂纹的原因及解决办法,对该合金的生产和开发有一定的价值。
In this paper, we have studied systematically the Cr-Zr-Cu electrode alloy by SEM, EMP and X-ray diffraction. The relationship between the microstructure of the alloy and the temperature, time and atmosphere of the heat treatment has been analyzed. Zirconium copper electrode alloy surface cracks caused by the reasons and solutions, the alloy production and development have a certain value.
