病例摘要患者20岁,孕1产0,因停经50~+d,阴道流血10d,咳嗽、胸闷、气急1周,于2004年10月16日入院。患者末次月经2004年8月24日,停经40~+d时出现恶心、呕吐；10月6日无明显诱因出现阴道流血,量同平素月经；10月9日出现咳嗽、胸闷、气急。外院诊断为间质性肺炎,入住传染科,予足量、足疗程广谱抗生素抗感染治疗无效。B超提示葡萄胎；胸部X线片提示两肺间质性肺炎；血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)＞2000000U/L。本院会诊后拟诊妊娠滋养细胞
Case summary 20-year-old patient, pregnancy 1 0, due to menopause 50 ~ + d, vaginal bleeding 10d, cough, chest tightness, shortness of breath for 1 week, on October 16, 2004 admission.
