在公示催告程序的审判实践中,所涉及的主要问题有:一、确认票据行为效力及法律适用票据行为是指行为人为实现票据目的而必须依照法定条件进行的行为。狭义的票据行为是指以成立票据上一定权利义务关系为目的而作的必要形式的出票、背书、承兑、参加承兑和保证五种票据行为。广义的票据行为指票据权利义务关系的发生、变更或消灭所必要的法律行为,即除上述五种票据行为外,还包括付款、贴现、本票见票、支票保付、票据代理行为等。
