在市场经济体制的环境下,高职院校的就业机制完善与否,将会直接影响到高职院校毕业生的就业质量与工作适应能力。同时,高职院校就业机制也将间接影响到社会稳定、高职院校的声誉和办学质量,进而影响到高职院校的招生等其他各项工作。本文以宁夏职业技术学院为例,对高职院校毕业生就业现状进行分析,针对机制方面的问题,提出应对措施,对高职院校毕业生就业管理工作,具有重要的理论价值和实现意义。
In the environment of market economy system, whether the employment mechanism of higher vocational colleges is perfect or not will directly affect the employment quality and adaptability of the work for the graduates of higher vocational colleges. At the same time, the employment mechanism in higher vocational colleges will indirectly affect other aspects such as social stability, the reputation of higher vocational colleges and the quality of running schools, thereby affecting enrollment of higher vocational colleges. Taking Ningxia Polytechnic as an example, this paper analyzes the status quo of graduates’ employment in higher vocational colleges and puts forward countermeasures according to the problems of mechanism. It has important theoretical value and realization significance to employment management of graduates from higher vocational colleges. .
