随着半导体在电子仪器中的广泛应用,一些以半导体电阻为情景的试题也逐渐出现在中考考生的面前。此类试题能引导学生关注身边的科技事件和新材料的应用,因此成为了中考试题的新宠。由于此类试题平时很少见,考生遇到此类试题时感到无从下手,所以此类问题很值得教师和学生关注、研究。文章结合2011年中考题中出现的气敏、热敏、光敏、压敏和磁敏电阻等对半导体电阻加以分类,初步探究相应的解题策略,给广大师生以借鉴和启迪。
With the widespread use of semiconductors in electronic devices, some questions in the context of semiconductor resistance have also gradually appeared in front of candidates who take the test. Such questions can guide students to focus on the side of the scientific and technological events and the application of new materials, it became the new darling of the exam questions. Because such questions are usually rare, candidates feel like they have no way to start with such questions. Therefore, such questions are worthy of attention and research by teachers and students. In this paper, we classify the semiconductor resistances according to the gas sensitivity, thermal sensitivity, light sensitivity, pressure sensitivity and magnetoresistance which appeared in the 2011 CEQ examinations to explore the corresponding strategies for solving the problems and to draw lessons from the teachers and students.
