目的 调查研究城镇居民的社区卫生服务需求。方法 采用入户访谈的方式 ,调查 1741名南京市城镇居民 ,将所得资料进行统计分析。结果 城镇居民需要社区卫生服务 ,其中对部分内容表示需要的居民占6 7%以上 ;影响需求的主要因素为居民的经济状况、医疗费用承担状况、职业、文化程度 ;86 %的居民认为社区卫生服务应该是有偿的。结论 应加强社区卫生服务的宣传教育 ;增强居民正确的健康保健意识 ;医疗保险制度改革是促进社区卫生服务发展的动力 ;应尽快研究制定合理的收费标准 ;以需求为导向 ,加快普及和完善社区卫生服务 ,进一步提高服务水平
Objectives To investigate and study the needs of urban residents for community health services. Methods A household interview was used to survey 1,741 urban residents in Nanjing and the data were analyzed statistically. As a result, urban residents need community health services, of which more than 67% are residents who demand for some content; the main factors affecting demand are residents’ economic status, medical expenses, occupation, and education; 86% of the residents think that community health The service should be paid. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the public health education of community health services; enhance the residents’ right health care awareness; the reform of medical insurance system is the driving force for the development of community health services; it is necessary to study and formulate reasonable charging standards as soon as possible; demand-oriented, accelerate the popularization and improvement of the community Health services to further improve service levels
