结合已成功修建的沈阳地铁一期工程青年大街站施工,介绍洞桩法(PBA)暗挖三跨三联拱地铁车站二次衬砌扣拱施工中的模板架设及混凝土浇注等具体技术环节;同时,针对容易出现防水质量问题的扣拱与边墙反缝施工,进行经验介绍;最后,结合施工前的数值模拟及施工中的监控量测实测数据,对多跨地铁车站扣拱施工过程地表沉降特征进行分析,得出扣拱施工是PBA工法中的关键性工序。
Combined with the successful construction of the Shenyang Metro Phase I Project Youth Avenue Station, this paper introduces the concrete technical aspects such as formwork erection and concrete pouring in the construction of the secondary lining buckle arch of the PBA undercutment, Finally, based on the numerical simulation before construction and the monitoring data measured during the construction, the ground settlement characteristics of the buckle-arch construction process of multi-metro station are discussed in detail. Analysis shows that buckling arch construction is the key process in PBA method.
