为实现浙江省体育用品制造业发展的总体目标,打造先进的浙江体育用品制造业基地。对浙江省体育用品制造企业全面普查和重点调查相结合,研究分析得出浙江省体育用品制造企业的今后发展定位走向,提出三种具有梯度发展的生产定位模式,即原始积累的加工型发展模式、来料加工与科研创新并重型发展模式和科技研发型发展模式。
