本文采用SCP分析框架,研究了外资进入后对我国零售业产业组织的影响。外资的进入提高了零售业市场集中度和进入壁垒,由此增强市场竞争程度。国内外企业之间的价格竞争和各种非价格竞争也就更加激烈。竞争的增强可以提高资源配置效率和社会福利水平,但是也造成了国内零售业整体利润水平的下降。
This article uses SCP analysis framework to study the impact of foreign investment on China’s retail industry organization. The entry of foreign capital has increased the retail market concentration and barriers to entry, thereby enhancing market competition. The price competition among domestic and foreign enterprises and all kinds of non-price competition will become even more intense. Increased competition can increase the efficiency of resource allocation and social welfare, but it also causes the overall retail profit in the country to decline.
