文化冲突视域下的当代中国医患关系管理研究

医患文化不是独立存在的,它与社会整体的伦理文化、个体的文化心理、社会的医学文化等紧密关联。虽然医患文化强调的是医患双方文化中“同”的部分,但医患冲突恰恰由彼此文化中的“不同”部分激发引起,因而医患文化主要意指医患文化冲突。对医患文化冲突起到主导作用的是医患双方所拥有的医学认识或医学观念等。医患文化冲突主要有医患之间心理的、伦理的、法律的和社会的等几种形式。中国当代医患关系管理需加强医疗机构的文化建设和管理,利用大众媒体加强医方与社会大众之间的有效沟通,充分发挥政府和媒体的宏观调控作用,以消除文化冲突并达到和谐。 Doctors and patients culture is not independent of existence, it is with the community as a whole ethical culture, individual cultural psychology, social medical culture is closely related. Although the doctor-patient culture emphasizes the “same” part of the culture between doctors and patients, the conflict between doctor and patient is just caused by the “different” part of each other’s culture, so doctor-patient culture mainly refers to the conflict between doctor-patient culture . Medical and patient cultures play a leading role in the conflict is both doctors and patients have medical knowledge or medical concepts. Doctor-patient culture conflicts mainly between the doctor-patient psychological, ethical, legal and social forms. The management of relations between medical doctors and patients in contemporary China needs to strengthen the cultural construction and management of medical institutions, use the mass media to enhance effective communication between the medical authorities and the public, give full play to the role of the government and the media in macro-control so as to eliminate cultural conflicts and achieve harmony.
