以越橘栽培品种“Legacy”茎段为外植体建立离体快繁体系后,研究了秋水仙素处理对“Legacy”组培苗的诱变影响.结果表明:4℃低温冷藏茎段24h后,用0.15%HgCl2消毒8min,可获得越橘“Legacy”无菌材料.0.10%秋水仙素浸泡茎尖24h诱变效果最佳,变异率达到10%,变异株均为嵌合体.0.05%秋水仙素处理茎尖24h后,继代后代增殖率与对照植株呈极显著差异,继代后代之间无显著性差异,其他越橘品种并没有表现出此现象.
