作者使用岛津UV-2100紫外可见分光光度计测定复合食品包装袋中游离总芳胺含量,采用标准曲线法代替以往的标准对照法来校正,得到较好的重复性和回收率。
The author uses Shimadzu UV-2100 UV-Vis spectrophotometer to measure the content of total free amines in the compound food bags, and adopts the standard curve method instead of the standard control method to calibrate, obtaining good repeatability and recovery rate.
