对小型企业实行租赁经营,是搞活企业的一种有效经营方式。在实行租赁经营的企业中,选好承租人是租赁经营成败的关键。承租人应具备什么样的条件呢?经对一些租赁企业的调查,承租人应具备以下条件:一是要有改革精神。承租人要搞好租赁企业,必须有正确的经营思想,和较高的政策水平,并且思想敏锐,勇于改革、创新。如果承租人思想保守,墨守成规,或者在租赁后只顾自己,不顾国家,甚至搞非法经营,偏离方向,承租的企业是不可能搞好的。
The implementation of leasing operations for small businesses is an effective way of invigorating the business. Among the enterprises that have implemented leasing operations, choosing the lessee is the key to the success or failure of leasing operations. What kind of conditions should the tenant have? After investigating some leasing companies, the lessee should have the following conditions: First, there must be a spirit of reform. The lessee must do a good job in leasing a company, must have the correct business ideology, and a higher level of policy, and has a keen mind to reform and innovate. If the charterer is conservative in mind, sticks to conventions, or only cares about himself after leasing, regardless of the state, or even illegally doing business, it can’t do a good job if it deviates from the direction of renting.
