文章从广州铁路职业技术学院应用电子技术专业的实际出发,基于“产品导向、寓学于工”的人才培养模式,结合央财支持“提升专业服务能力”应用电子专业实践体系建设中出现的问题,探讨了从“基本能力—专项能力—综合职业能力”三层次能力递进的工学结合实践教学改革体系的建设。
