钢铁工业是能耗大户,约占全国总能耗的10%左右。轧钢工序能耗占钢铁工业总能耗的13~14%,其中电耗约占总电耗的13%。我国轧钢工序镌耗偏高,约为150公斤标煤/吨(材、坯)。分析得出,在十年内把轧钢工序平均能耗(包括开坯)降低1/3是完全可能的。这样按5000万吨材计算,用节省下来的能量可多轧2500万吨材(坯),所以节约轧钢工序能耗有极其重要的意义。
Steel industry is a large energy consumption, accounting for about 10% of the country’s total energy consumption. Steel rolling process energy consumption accounts for 13 to 14% of the total energy consumption of the steel industry, of which electricity consumption accounts for about 13% of the total power consumption. China’s steel rolling process consumption is high, about 150 kg standard coal / ton (wood, billet). The analysis shows that it is entirely possible to reduce the average energy consumption of the rolling process (including billet) by one third in a decade. According to the calculation of 50 million tons of material, the saved energy can be rolled more than 25 million tons of material (billet), so saving the rolling process energy consumption is extremely important.
