我国在改革开放以来,民营企业数量呈现快速增长趋势,民营企业家经济在国名经济中的地位也越来越重要,与此同时,民营企业内部也出现很多问题,其中最为突出的便是劳资关系不和谐,劳动保障机制不够科学合理。对于民营企业劳资关系不和谐原因进行分析,发现其主要为劳资双方地位不对等,企业工会难以起到实质性作用,同时很多地方政府也只为了追求经济增长而存在着执法不严、监管不力情况。对于劳资关系成因进行分析并提出解决措施是非常必要的,可以有效促进民营企业持续稳定发展,为我国和谐社会建设作出贡献。
Since the reform and opening up in our country, the number of private-owned enterprises has shown a rapid growth trend. The status of private-owned entrepreneurs in national economy has become more and more important. At the same time, many problems have emerged in private-owned enterprises. The most prominent is the relationship between labor and capital Disharmony, the labor security mechanism is not scientific and reasonable. For non-state-owned enterprises, the reasons for the discord between the labor and capital are analyzed. It is found that the non-equal status of both the employer and the employee, the trade unions of the enterprises can hardly play a substantive role. At the same time, many local governments exist only for the purpose of pursuing economic growth with lax enforcement and ineffective supervision . It is very necessary to analyze the causes of labor-capital relations and propose solutions to them, which can effectively promote the sustained and steady development of private-owned enterprises and contribute to the construction of a harmonious society in our country.
