随着社会经济的飞速发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,人们在开发和利用能源的同时,也造成了大量资源的浪费。而且工业科技的快速发展和人们环保意识的匮乏,使得生态环境遭到了严重的破坏,导致自然灾害频繁发生,生活环境日益恶劣。国家大力建设水利工程,就是为了科学的利用水资源,减少洪水等自然灾害的发生;但是,水利工程的建设还要满足可持续发展的需求,要综合提高其经济效益和社会效益,保障社会与自然和谐发展。对此,本文简要的分析了生态理念在水利设计中的应用,并对当前存在的问题提出了有效的改善措施。
