在28只施行输精管结扎术的健康成年家犬中,于术后第12月经B超证实有8只出现明显的附睾淤积,其中4只在受累局部施以每日0.75W/cm~2能量的超声波治疗8 min,连续7日;其它4只不经治疗作为实验对照。另设3只未经任何处理的健康家犬以资正常对照。组织学观察在实验对照动物发现,部分睾丸曲细精管已经出现退行性改变,附睾内存在精子肉芽肿或情液囊肿。组织化学显示附睾上皮内乳酸脱氢酶活性降低,PAS阳性反应减弱,RNA含量减少。但是,经超声波治疗的动物除少数曲细精管上皮排列不规则外,睾丸和附睾的组织结构基本趋向正常;附睾上皮内的乳酸脱氢酶活性增强;PAS阳性物质及RNA含量与正常对照相比未见明显差异。本结果提示超声波局部应用是治疗人输精管结扎术后附睾淤积后遗症的一种有效方法。

The results suggest that the topical application of ultrasound is an effective method for the treatment of sequelae of epididymis after vasectomy.
