随着改革的深入和发展,我国劳动卫生工作已开始由行政管理转向法制管理。目前,我省人大发布了《黑龙江省工业劳动卫生管理条例》及实施细则。对于加强企业的劳动卫生管理,保护职工身体健康具有重要意义。国家、省、市地方法规的实施使我市某鞋厂防护设施得到改进,从而保护了职工的身体健康。
With the deepening and development of reform, the work of labor and health in our country has begun to shift from administration to administration of law. At present, our province people’s congress promulgated the Regulations on the Administration of Industrial Labor and Health in Heilongjiang Province and its implementing rules. It is of great significance to strengthen the management of the enterprise’s hygiene and protect the health of workers and staff. The implementation of local laws and regulations at the national, provincial and municipal levels has led to the improvement of the protective facilities of a certain shoe factory in our city so as to protect the health of workers.
