There are indeed some good “seedlings” on the drama stage, and they may all have good prospects for development. Metabolism, as little as three or five years, as many as seven or eight years, today’s young actors should be “the gateway to” people. How to promote their growth in this short period of time and enable them to promptly start up the burden of inheriting and developing drama art should be an urgent task now and for a period of time in the theater front. There are many factors that contribute to the growth and development of young actors. In summary, there are no more than three aspects: the painstaking efforts of individual actors; the training and use of theaters (groups), including the guidance and guidance of veterans; the commentary of social media and so on. I would like to talk about my feelings on these aspects.
