作者在对我院71例散发性病毒性脑炎患者作临床资料总结的同时,将其中36例有完整脑电图资料者进行分析,发现该36例患者脑电图具有一定的表现特点,一般具有以下几种类型: 1.轻度弥漫性异常:表现为两半球а节律不规则,较多θ波,基本上无δ波型。 2.中度弥漫性异常:α节律不规则,较多θ节律,频率可变慢,伴有中量δ波,有时伴有痫样放电。 3.重度弥漫性异常:α节律消失,主要电活动为θ及δ活动,电压变低,有时电压低如一条平线,有时在弥漫的基础上偏重一侧或一叶。
