本文将板式无砟道岔系统视为梁-实体-实体组合结构体系,通过Ansys软件建立板式无砟道岔道床的空间有限元模型,采用ADAMS/Rail软件进行岔区结构不平顺仿真,计算了列车过岔的动力响应;选取合适的计算参数,计算分析了转辙器区和辙叉区道床板及底座板的受力变形,为板式无砟道岔的设计、施工提供参考。
In this paper, the plate-type ballastless switchgear system is regarded as a beam-entity-entity composite structure system. The finite element model of the slab ballastless bed is established by Ansys software. The structure of the forkhead is simulated by ADAMS / Rail software. The dynamic response of turnout is selected. The appropriate calculation parameters are selected to calculate and analyze the force and deformation of the turnout board and the frog board and the base board, which provides a reference for the design and construction of the slabless turnout.
