采用三维非对称模型,考虑最近邻和次近邻原子的作用,通过计算机求出晶体表面杂质原子的三维振动模式。用局部模定性地说明了杂质原子在表面和体内对晶体热学性质影响的差异。
Using the three-dimensional asymmetric model, the three-dimensional vibrational modes of impurity atoms on the crystal surface are calculated by computer considering the effect of the nearest neighbor and the nearest neighbor atoms. The local modalities are used to illustrate the difference in the thermal properties of the crystals on the surface and in the body for impurity atoms.
