This article first clarified the purpose of implementing production change management, discussed the causes of production changes, classification and general control flow. Then by analyzing the current manufacturing manufacturing change management in a number of ubiquitous issues, further discussed the effective implementation of change management, the key technology needs. Finally, taking the production change process used by Amway as an example, this paper expounds the characteristics and advantages of the production change management system developed based on the Agilepoint workflow engine technology, and introduces how to effectively apply it in the actual production change management.
