本文对2型糖尿病普遍存在的健康管理模式作了系统的介绍、分析与对比,就以往管理模式中存在的不足以及各流程中存在的关键问题进行探索与思考。在各流程中增加了促进健康执行这个步骤并提出相应的对策和建议。避免了信息收集带来的资源浪费及信息存储不便问题,在认识健康问题中避免了评价指标过于单一,方法不够灵活等问题。 This paper systematically introduces, analyzes and contrasts the ubiquitous health management mode of type 2 diabetes, and explores and thinks about the shortcomings in the past management mode and the key problems in each process. In this process, the steps for health promotion are added and corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward. Avoiding the waste of resources caused by information collection and the inconvenience of information storage, and avoiding the problems such as over-evaluation of evaluation indicators and inflexibility in understanding health problems.
