葡萄糖的变旋光现象对其半成品注射液含量测定影响的探讨

注射用葡萄糖属α-D(+)型。用稀配法配制5%、10%浓度的半成品注射液立即用旋光法测定,其旋光度值较大。放置一段时间后逐渐稳定,达到定值。这是葡萄糖变旋光现象所致。关于葡萄糖原料的比旋度测定,中国药典、美国药典和英国药典规定加入一定量的氨试液以促使葡萄糖变旋光现象平衡后依法测定。笔者根据配制葡萄糖注射液的有关条件进行实验,证明5%、10浓度半成品用沸水浴加热,冷却后依法测定,即可排除变旋光现象的干扰,现报告如下。 Glucagon for injection is of type α-D (+).
