常用的留样观察法、加温加速试验法确定中药制剂有效期不够客观。应用药理学方法,利用中药制剂的药效与毒效与时间的关系来确定有效期是比较客观的,为此提出寻找这些关系的途经。
Commonly used sample observation method and heating accelerated test method to determine the validity of Chinese medicine preparation is not objective enough. The use of pharmacological methods and the use of the relationship between the efficacy and time-to-effect of traditional Chinese medicine preparations to determine the validity period are objective. Therefore, ways to find these relationships are proposed.
