《国务院关于修改〈中华人民共和国城镇土地使用税暂行条例〉的决定》已经2006年12月30日国务院第163次常务会议通过,现予公布,自2007年1月1日起施行。
The Decision of the State Council on Amending the Provisional Regulations on Land Use Tax in Urban Areas of the People’s Republic of China was adopted by the 163st executive meeting of the State Council on December 30, 2006 and is hereby promulgated and will come into force on January 1, 2007.
