目的:讨论甲型H1N1流感的紧急应对措施。方法:成立应急领导小组和应急救治小分队,按应急预案采取集中授课和实战演练的方式进行培训,成立感染控制组,切实有效的防止医院感染的暴发,并实行规范化管理措施。结果:接诊的100名医学观察病例中,均在24 h内完成了排查、诊断和治疗。结论:应急疫情下,规范化的工作程序、应急预案的培训和演练是工作取得成效的关键。 Objective: To discuss the emergency response to influenza A (H1N1). Methods: The emergency leading group and the emergency treatment squad were set up. According to the contingency plans, intensive training and practical exercises were conducted to train infection control groups. Effective prevention of nosocomial infections and standardized management measures were implemented. Results: The 100 medical observation cases were completed within 24 h of investigation, diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion: Under the emergency epidemic situation, the standardized working procedures and the training and rehearsal of contingency plans are the key to the success of the work.
