农村学前班,班级分散,设备条件较差,大多数师资没有经过专业训练,工作中随意性较大。为此,我们乡设立了幼教辅导中心,有目的、有计划地加强了对全乡各村学前班的管理工作。我们认为,要办好学前班,首先,必须建立正常的教学秩序。因此,我们在全乡统一安排了课程。根据农村学前班特点,每周安排了17课时,开设语言、常识、计算、体育、音乐、美术、行为习惯、劳动等。规定早上要有晨间活动;饭前和下午,应有形式多样的游戏活动。在课程安排时,注意动静搭配,让幼儿
