党的十五大提出并确立“依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家”治国方略之后,几年来的实践,使法治的基本精神逐渐深入人心,越来越多的人们开始求助于国家法律,以之来维护自身的合法权益。然而合法权益是否真正得到法律保护的关键,仍在于司法是否公正。
