分析了飞锯锯切矩形钢管在不同的切入点下,锯切力、钢管抗变形能力和锯屑排除等因素对切口变形和毛刺高度的影响。指出了最佳的锯切条件。通过改变飞锯汽缸和锯臂基座位置,并保证锯片切入点和切出点为矩形管的两个对角,可以使锯口变形和毛刺的高度大大降低。
The effects of sawing force, anti-deformation ability of steel pipe and sawdust removal on the deformation and burr height of the rectangular steel tube sawing by flying saw were analyzed. Pointed out the best sawing conditions. By changing the position of the flying saw cylinder and the base of the saw arm and ensuring that the cutting point and the cutting point of the saw blade are two diagonal corners of the rectangular tube, the height of the saw mouth and the burr can be greatly reduced.
