目的:我院通过对促凝剂对临床电解质及肾功能检查的结果影响进行合理性分析和评价,针对不同的临床电解质及肾功能检查情况提出合理措施。方法:采用回顾性调查方法对我院从2015年5月至2016年5月随机选取的200例患者在促凝剂使用过程中对临床电解质和肾功能的检查结果进行统计分析。结果:患者在临床电解质及肾功能检查期间使用促凝剂的频率最高。90%的患者在临床电解质及肾功能检查过程中使用促凝剂。结论:本院需要进一步规范促凝剂在电解质及肾功能检查期的使用情况。
Objective: Our hospital rationally analyzes and evaluates the influence of coagulant on clinical electrolytes and renal function tests, and puts forward reasonable measures according to different clinical electrolytes and renal function tests. Methods: We retrospectively investigated 200 cases of patients randomly selected from May 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital. The results of clinical electrolytes and renal function tests were statistically analyzed during the use of coagulant. Results: Patients had the highest frequency of coagulant use during clinical electrolyte and renal function tests. 90% of patients use coagulant in clinical electrolyte and renal function tests. Conclusion: The hospital needs to further regulate the use of coagulant electrolyte and renal function examination period.
