本文描述一台演示性连续波CO_2相干激光成像系统,报道了单、双点源目标的相干成像实验结果,并对影响成像质量的一些因素进行了讨论.该系统稍加改进即可用于速度与三维距离成像.
In this paper, a demonstration system of continuous wave CO_2 coherent laser imaging is presented, and the experimental results of coherent imaging of single and dual point source targets are reported, and some factors affecting the imaging quality are discussed.The system can be used for speed and 3D distance imaging.
