设备挂架是浮空器系统的重要组成部分。首先依据航空产品结构设计要求以及设备挂架实际使用需求,对挂架整体结构设计进行详细设计;其次利用有限元仿真软件ABAQUS建立设备挂架的有限元模型,对设备挂架的刚强度进行分析;最后根据刚强度分析结果对设备挂架进行相应的轻量化改进设计,此设备挂架通过实验验证满足设计与使用要求,已成功应用于某工程中。
Device pylons are an important part of the aerostat system. First of all, based on the design requirements of aeronautic products and the requirements of actual use of equipment pylons, the overall structure design of pylons is designed in detail. Secondly, the finite element model of equipment pylons is established by finite element simulation software ABAQUS to analyze the rigidity of equipment pylons Finally, according to the results of the strength analysis, the equipment rack is designed with light weight to improve the design. The rack is verified to meet the requirements of design and application and has been successfully applied to a project.
